national awards commission sent out an off cream coloured envelope with cash/entitlement documents urgent-open immediately on it. open to all individuals over 21 years of age.no purchase necessary. grand prize winner of 5.000.00 sent out in one lump sum or four instalments of 1.250.00. enclose an entitlement fee off 9.89 in cash, cheque or postal order. make cheques/postal orders payable to: national awards commission. there are lots of p.o.box numbers which i will list here company's like these keep changing these numbers all the time so watch out. p.o.box34692,kansas city,mo64116-1092 this is different to the reply address. award commissioner stuart b mccellend expect 4-6 weeks for delivery and if cheques have to be returned you will be charged 15. promotion period ends december 15 2005. claim ticket deadline march 15 2006. they also claim to have a mailing list available
