To my knowledge, there is not a Class Action Suit in the making. Your best bet is to file with the Bankruptcy Court as described in earlier messages. My husband and I refuted the charges on our charge card and have been reimbursed. However, it's not over yet for us. The Clearing House for there bank is still "muddying the water."

Dorothy, In your report you mentioned contacting a Class Action Attorney. Any positive result yet? I posted my rip-off report as: http://badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff96180.htm Also, an ex-employee mentions an attempt to put together a Consumer Law Suit against NADN. There is an [DELETED] e-mail address mentioned there. Is this a valid effort? The rip-off report containing it is: http://badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff93329.htm

Dear Mall Owner: Information about your Tax Return is available at this web site: www.nvb.uscourts.gov If you scroll down, you should see an entry for NATIONAL AUDIT DEFENSE NETWORK Case number: 03-17306 The link contains the following message: District of Nevada U.S.B.C. National Audit Defense Network Subject: Tax Returns and Audit Defense Last updated: 06/04/2004 NADN provided tax return preparation and audit defense services. A number of tax returns have been completed and many are in the process of completion. The estate will not be releasing those tax returns in the immediate future. Negotiations are ongoing to provide a follow-up entity to complete those tax returns. Please check back regularly for a status on the return of those tax returns. No support is currently available for audit defense. You are advised to contact a tax attorney to assist you in an ongoing audit. Please do not contact the Bankruptcy Court, the Office of the United States Trustee, the Clerk~s office or the Trustee regarding tax returns or audits.

Sandra it's our understanding that "only those who had their Taxes Prepared and Submitted by NADN" have need to worry. We let them prepare our 203 Tax Return, however we got word of what was going on and had a CPA redo and submitt our 2003 Tax Return. IRS, potentialy, could "red flag" all returns done by NADN because of their ruling against the deductions and credits that NADN was falsely using. Also, according to material we've read, IRS requested NADN to provide them with names and addresses of all clients that NADN had represented. Suggestion: Any mall owner or tax prep user of NADN, that allowed NADN to prepare and "file" should contact IRS and advise that we were duped into believing that what they were dooing was legal.

Who could be audited? Any one who ever used NADN to prepare their taxes? Or just the people who bought the Mall for All? I used NADN for a couple of years to prepare my taxes but never bought any of the crap they were trying to sell me. The last year I used their services was in 2002. Am I in any danger of being audited?

The only way we MIGHT get our money back is through the bankruptcy court. Now that NADN is in chapter 7 of bankruptcy this is the only help we might get. If you filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Las Vegas they should send you a Proof of Claim form to fill out. Their address is: United States Bankruptcy Court 333 Las Vegas Blvd. South Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 Phone (702) 388-6257 Case # 03-17306 They are having a meeting of the creditors, that would be me and you and anyone else who has been ripped off by nadn, on July 8th 2004. Call them if you haven't already. Hope this helps you. Now that they have filed chapter 7 maybe we will be freed from the promissory note that is a bogus note anyway.

They Filed Chapt. 7, a Trustee was appointed, NADN staff was sent home, computers turned off and the locks on the doors changed. This transpired last Friday, my husband called Mr. Davis of DOJ and he confirmed what that they were "OUT OF BUSINESS." My husband has sent documentation to a Class Action Attorney in Chicago, they have not responded yet. Additionally, Mr Davis at DOJ was copied on the email to the Class Action Attorney. Any one having information on a Class Action other than what we have done, please contact Dorothy, Woodville.

NADN has called me last week and this to tell me they won the lawsuit. Actually they were trying to get me to buy the hit generator. They said there was going to be an article in the paper about it. I have not heard anything about it, but I don't know how they could have won. They still have my taxes and I believe they are holding onto them because of the legal troubles. I find it odd that they are taking this long, especially since they had my info in Feb.
