Napolean Bakery gave us a cake that we did not order.They stated
they got into a car accident on the way to the wedding. James Holmes
wont return callWe ordered a cake for
our wedding at Napolean Bakery. Agreement was made and we sent pictures
of what the cake needs to look like. They said they will do it exactly
like the picture and will provide the decorations ( water fountain, red
roses stands, etc) The price was $960. The cake was suppose to arrive at
DoubleTree hotel on May 23rd by 12:30 pm. On May 23rd Napolean Bakery
arrived at 12:45pm. The cake was tiled, lopsided, had big patches in
several places, stands were crooked, cake was flat, small, no
decorations (only fountain and stands), you could see card board. The
cake was in disaster. They were late. All the guest were watching how they were trying to fix the cake. When we asked what happened to the cake they said
they got into a car accident.
We contacted Linda Cekovsky (Napolean
Bakery employee)and sent her pictures of
the cake. She agreed we should get our money back. She said James
Holmes will contact us. He never called us back. He kept ignoring us. We
have all the pictures of the cake. How it was suppose to look and what
we got. DO NOT USE THEM!! Go to a professional service because they will
rip you off like they did us.
