I purchased hearing aids from Nano on 11/27 for a discounted rate of $627.30. I ordered digital and the ones they sent me were not digital. After 2 days one of the aids stopped working and I tried everything in the manual to get them to work.
I then called Nano every day for the next 5 days and waited on the phone for at least 1 hour each day without reaching anyone. I even called after hours so I could leave a voice message.
I returned the aids with a letter explaining that I didn't want to do business with a company that has no customer service. I still have not heard from Nano. I am about to contact the Fraud Division of Chase Bank where I charged the aids.
