Each time I inquire about the status of replacement, chargeable hearing aids, (as temporary battery operated pair was defective), I'm given a different response by different customer service agents assuring the replacement pair was forthcoming.
Just spoke with Robert, a supervisor, who's now walking back all previous colleage assurances to announce No replacement - No Refunds. Horrible Experience
