By the way people just wanted you to know that Lisa did not write this about Anya living in her neighborhood.  Amy known as Esther Sims wrote this.  Just thought that I would let all of you know how bad she really is. 

I did a Google search of (((REDACTED))) and the personals for Craigslist popped up. I didn't even know they had personals. It looks like prostitutes advertising.

Since I am the only "Lisa" that lives in the neighborhood close to Anya; please do not speak on my behalf whoever posted the comment.  I have no knowledge of the drama and prefer not to be involed in your childish actions. 

After Ryan moved out of (((REDACTED)))  house she tried suing Ryan in Justice of the Peace court for not paying her bills. The judge and Ryan's attorney couldn't help but laugh. Ryan was the only one not laughing in the court room. Needless to say it was dismissed.

After Ryan's daughter was born  (((REDACTED))) sent a Russian hit man to try to kill him in Lowe's Hardware. The hitman walked up to him with three nails and a Bic Lighter. He said, "I put suffer on you, I put stick nail through hand (in broken English), you think Jessus suffer?" He went on and said more bizarre statements. Dallas PD arrived at Lowes and the Russian hitman was arrested.

She accused me of raping her also. The police or nobody believes her thou.

She lives near my house. We refer to her house as the "crazy house". (((REDACTED))) is known as a liar and she's paranoid everyone is out to get her. She fights with all her neighbors for no reason and calls the police on everyone she can. We used to be friends but then accused me of stalking her too! Nobody likes her and her behavior is bizarre. All the neighbors liked Ryan but we weren't sure why he'd put up with her as long as he did.

I did find her Facebook and one of her eight or nine friends total runs a prostitution ring in Garland, TX. I also met the father of (((REDACTED))) child a long time ago and it's unfortunate he got caught up with her. She's the worst of the worst and has no charactor or morals. The father seemed to be a pretty good guy and I feel for him having to deal with her.

I know that it wasn't the ex husband, S L L, stalking (((REDACTED))) but it was the other way around. There's Haltom City, Texas police reports where she was breaking into the ex husband's house, stealing and wouldn't leave. S L L has remarried and lives outside of Texas currently to avoid (((REDACTED))). He has remarried and never had the same problems again that he had with (((REDACTED))).

(((REDACTED))) method of operandum is to accuse everyone of stalking her because she thinks she's so attractive. She's not really that attractive especially when you learn how ugly she is on the inside. It's a little odd when the same person keeps getting stalked the same way by different people. (((REDACTED))) doesn't change her ways and history has caught up to her. Now she has no credibility with the court system, police, attorneys, etc.

For any guy that gets involved with her I can promise that their life will end up worst than R V H or S L L with what (((REDACTED))) set them up for. History will keep repeating itself and no one is safe unless (((REDACTED))) is in prison. 

After reading this report and remembering other things I've heard about (((REDACTED))) I have to ask myself "what kind of role model is her daughter going to have". The father has good values, integrity and ethics but the mother has no concept of doing the right thing. Nobody can trust her. Even the father's family can't help out with their granddaughter without being extorted or setup. They can't even fly out to see their granddaughter without money being demanded the last minute to see the baby. If was a decent human being they probably would help her. Just the fact she had their son falsely charged with assault then ransom demands to see the baby is more than enough to disown her. Her friends are Russian Mafia who support her behavior and her daughter not having a father just so she can get money.

It appears that (((REDACTED))) isn't capable of being a good person and know's it herself deep down. This is why she sets up and frames thoser she can get money through the court. She wants people to be forced to pay her because nobody would pay such a corrupt, twisted individual anything of their own free will.

Also anyone who would leave their starving family in the Ukraine to come to the U.S and scam people has a heart of evil/greed.

There's a Holtom City Police report that (((REDACTED))) broke into the ex husband's house and stole items. For some bizarre reason she was never charged with a crime.

She frabricated a false Child Protective Services (CPS) report that the father was being abusive in the hospital after the birth of their daughter. A nurse her friends knew who were proven by private investigators to be involved in a prostitution ring sold the house they lived in to them. This nurse is listed as the seller on the deed for the house. Also this was the house Kubyshkina was hiding his daughter in from the father. Private investigators took two days to locate his daughter. Evidence of this prostitution ring is being turned over to the Texas Rangers (Department of Public Safety) later this year.

The family of the father of (((REDACTED))) daughter who reside in California agreed to pay for hardwood floors to be put in her house for the baby. (((REDACTED))) knew a guy who owned a cell phone/computer repair shop and had him contact the father's family claiming to be a flooring guy. They split and pocketed the money from the father's family never using it for flooring. The father's mother was suspicious when the computer repair/flooring guy asked for a lot more money to finish the floors. The mother asked for pictures of the entire room showing the flooring put in so far. They took pictures of only the corners of the rooms and of a room that had the flooring already put in 2 yeats before. (((REDACTED))) scammed the father's family when they were trying to help out again. (((REDACTED))) takes the saying "no good deed goes unpunished" to another level.

Since (((REDACTED))) came to this country and scammed setting up the ex husband, S L L, she hasn't deviated from her twisted methods at getting money. Now she's holding a child hostage for money from the father and his family. They can't see the baby unless they pay her a lot of money and nobody has been willing to negotiate with terrorists.

There's a police report from the Haltom City, Texas police where Kubyshkina broke into her ex husbands house and stole items. For some bizarre reason the police never charged her.

(((REDACTED))) was tied into to Russian Mafia and othe organized crime fiqures in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She learned that if she was a victim of family violence there's a Department of Homeland Security form you fill out and they will accept and expedite your request for U.S citizenship. She setup the ex-husband, S L L, by pressing false assault charges on him not only so she'll get alimony but also to get citizenship quickly. She was able to get her U.S citizenship in six months. Honest people that haven't been a victim of assault take years to get their citizenship.

After (((REDACTED))) attempted to press false assault charges on her ex fiance, Ryan, (that were dismissed by the judge given (((REDACTED))) credibility) she served Ryan's attorney with divorce papers claiming common law. (((REDACTED))) was hoping to get alimony even though the assault charge she  pressed on Ryan were false. Ryan's attorney got the divorce for the so called marriage dropped because they had a wedding planned. If you have a wedding planned you're not married until you get married. The wedding was canceled and Ryan Moved out of (((REDACTED))) house because she called the Garland Police having him arrested for the false assualt accusation a week before the planned wedding. She tried to pull the same scam on Ryan like her ex husband S L L by geting an false assault charge to stick just for alimony.

Ryan (the father of (((REDACTED))) daughter) had to serve (((REDACTED))) with custody court papers weeks before the baby was born. She had called him and said that if he didn't bring him a lump sum of cash tha day he'd never see his daughter. He felt this was extortion and said "I don't negotiate with terrorists" and hired an attorney. He decided to use the Dallas County Sheriff to serve her instead of a private process server because she calls 911 so much she's used to law enforcement being at her house so she'd open the door. It didn't work. She thought a sheriff's deputy wasn't a real peace officer. She was evading service for days while the deputy was in direct contact with the father. The deputy took this job to heart because when she was served an injunction was going to be issued requiring (((REDACTED)))to notify the father of the birth. The deputy put a lot of effort into getting (((REDACTED))) served so the father could be there for the brith of his child. Every time the deputy went to her house and was unsuccesful in serving (((REDACTED)))he saw her duck down the hallway or run to hide. He saw her but she wouldn't come to the door so he can serve her. Since the baby was almost due the father needed her served immediatey. (((REDACTED))) was threatening to not allow the father to be at the birth. The father owned a company that also does process service so he used a tactic he uses to get people being difficult served. The father sent (((REDACTED))) an email stating if she keeps evading serving we'll ask the judge to issue an order allowing the sheriff to post the custody papers on the door of her house. He stated in the email this would let the judge of their case know she's already being difficult and playing games. After (((REDACTED))) read the email she called the sheriff's deputy (he left his card on the door each time he attempted to serve her) and said she's at Starbucks so come serve her. The deputy served her and called the father. He told the father that 20 years as a deputy he's never met someone so crazy. (((REDACTED)))claimed the deputy was stalking her and that she didn't know who he was even though he showed up in a car that said sheriff on the side wearing a uniform. She tried to press stalking charges on the deputy but no officer would get involved. The deputy told the father nobody has ever said he was stalking them before.

She hasn't complied with court order allowing the father to see his daughter. The father hasn't seen his daughter for 18 months. 

There's a police report where she was in a market and claimed somone reached in her purse stealing her credit cards and cell phone. The police reviewed the surveillance videos (the whole time she was in the market there was a camera on her) and nobody came within 20 feet of her. The market had few people in it during the time she was shopping. They saw on the surveillance videos nobody reaching in her purse after the police wasted an hour of their time. She lies and involves the police for no known reason.

The family of the father of her child agreed last year to give her money to put hardwood floors in her house. (((REDACTED))) knew a computer/cell phone repair guy that posed as a flooring guy. The computer/cell phone repair guy received a check from the father's family and (((REDACTED))) and him split the money. They pocketed the money and scammed them. The father's mother felt they were being defrauded and asked for pictures of the floors when they asked for more money to finish the floors. (((REDACTED))) sent pictures of corners of the rooms with flooring even thou she was asked for pictures that show whole rooms. She took pictues of a room that already had hardwood floors that were put in two years before.

Her ex husband, S L L,  that she scammed and setup is 42 years older than her.

Ryan called CPS after his daughter was born and went to the Child Protective Services office in Dallas to dispute (((REDACTED))) false report from the hidlitsle. (((REDACTED))) Scammed the system and CPS issued an order initially that the father had to stay away from his daughter overriding a restraining order Rusn had stating she can't hide or secret his daughter from him. (((REDACTED))) scammed the system again and used it to her advantage. Ryan went to the Child Protective Services office were he was interogated for four hours about the hospital incident that Kubyshkina frabricated with the nurse that her friends knew to use the system to her advantage. After the meeting CPS decided Ryan didn't cause the incident and called (((REDACTED))) telling her she had to let me see my daughter twice week. (((REDACTED))) told CPS she didn't have to listen to them and she won't allow visitation with the father. She just wants money and her dsughter to have no father which is sick.

Ryan's parents flew to Dallas to see their grandaughter and stayed at a hotel in the mall in Dallas buying baby clothes and other things for their granddaughter The day they were going to see the baby (((REDACTED))) had  counselor from a church in Garland, TX call Ryan's mom and demand money or they couldn't see the baby. Ryan's father said he doesn't negotiate with terrorrists, returned all the items they bought for the baby. And flew home to California. It was a sad day.

At a hearing in July 2013 she told the jhe father of her child had warrants hoping he'd be arrested. The clerk came back and told the judge he has no warrants. She even called the police on Ryan after the hearing claiming he was stalking her in the courthouse!! She was acting psychotic. The police threw their hands up at her and left without even talking to Ryan. Another crime was not commited. She's called the police on people 300 times since she came to the U.S. 

She was caught lying on the stand under oath at a hearing in February 2014. She asked Ryan's family for child support via email that was entered in as evidence. Ryan's family is wealthy and she wants their money also. She claimed on the stand that she never sent this email which Ryan's attorney had a copy of.

She claimed on the stand she called the police on people 200 times acting like that's normal. She has no family in the U.S and acts like the police are her family because they have to show up. Every cop in Garland knows about Hanna Kubyshkina's compulsive 911 dialing. They make her calls last priority because they never discover an actual crime being commited. 

She won't let the father of her daughter see her. She makes lies and wants child support but doesn't care if her daughter has a father and acts like it's her baby only. She violates the court order allowing the father see his daughter. She doesn't want the baby to have the father's last name and nads her last name (((REDACTED))) just to hurt the father.

She's an expert at scamming the court system by putting false criminal charges on he'd significant others so she gets restitution.
