There were three ( 3) other offers and my offer was not accepted . I am still pursuing my $20,000.00 deposit and these bozos will not return my refundable deposit on the unaccepted offer .

You do realize that YOU are commiting pure defamation by making that post right? YOU cannot post that someone is with a sex organization WITHOUT PROOF! All YOU are doing is putting yourself in danger for being SUED! But its YOUR MONEY and YOUR LIFE that gets tossed up in the air, so its YOUR CHOICE to continue. But understand that the laws about internet defamation are QUITE CLEAR and YOU can be punished for as long as YOUR POST pops up on ANY search engine. By claiming that person is with NAMBLA YOU have leveled a VERY SERIOUS accusation that WILL cost you. The 20k YOU have will end up going to them. ALL the person YOU are complaining about has to show is that YOU posted the defamation and THAT can be proven with a simple court order. Because face reality YOU are NOT posting that the person YOU are whining about is part of the "North American Marlon Brando Look Alike" There is NO ANONYMITY on the web anymore! Besides the FACT that THEY probably know EXACTLY who YOU are by the information YOU have given in your post.
