I have been trying to get my refund from NADN and am very frustrated.I have been calling since January, sending faxes, etc....and kept getting stonewalled, and given different answers by the different persons I spoke to. After many many followup calls I finally was put in touch with a Bob Cooper, Director of Client Services,on Feb 19. He gave me a Return Authorization # so I could return my kit and said I would get my refund in my bank account by 7 business days from the date my package was received.

I also spoke to a Lee Johnson and a Larry Smith, also Directors of Client Services, who said my refund should be in my account by 5-7 days from receipt of package.

On the 5th day,6th day, and 7th day after receipt of package I called my bank and there was no refund...and no pending refund from NADN. I called NADN and tried to reach Larry Smith, Lee Johnson, and Frank Mangabang (another Client Service Director given to me) and could reach no one. I tried calling and staying on hold for a customer service representative....and after staying on hold for a LONG time.... a recording came on asking callers to leave their phone # and message and someone would get back to them.

I am TIRED of these endless games NADN is putting its victims through.....and have also reported them to the Attorney General's Office.

If any of you had the same AGGRAVATING experience, please report it to the Attorney General's Office (they have filed lawsuits against NADN & its sister company, Tax Ready....and want your information so they can have as complete a list of NADN/Tax Ready victims as possible). Based upon the volume of complaints registered against this company the Fraud Unit of The Metropolitan Police Department and the FBI are actively investigating potential fraudulent business practices. I represent a member of the team that is currently investigating in an undercover capacity so as to bring issues regarding refund policies and paper flow to the attention of the authorities involved. I follow the the trending of the issues reported to this forum very carefully, and would advise all injured parties to contact the Major Fraud Unit of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department with any and all issues regarding your complaints. A report will indeed be taken and the report added to the file.
