Your fight is nonsense. You must have never spoken to Steven nor his lawyer Sean Kelly, and for you to post on here, you must have not even spoken to your personal lawyer, because it's still in litigations. The money owed is 4 times that you speak of. The product that I produced for you has been copyrighted and is in my legal authority (by law, already checked and filled out by an attorney). The company is now being investigated by multiple state agencies. The persons listed on this complaint are in full rights officers of the companies involved with this complaint, as Steven, an officer of N.A.C.S. in his rediculous demented mind offered myself a position with N.A.C.S. as a result of you and him not paying me for my services. I feel this was a discrace seeing it would put me back into working for Steven once again, putting in just as many hours to whom would guarantee me a paycheck then and why would he even be trusted after everything we've learned about this man from his past to his present? Maybe you should contact the attorney on this case and have him fax you over the exact listing of everything owed to myself before you open your mouth in a way that can be used againts you. Bottom line here is you have failed to pay me for a service provided to you and steven and you cannot deny nor rebut that...the details you will have to work out with your attorney rather than trying to redeem yourself at a place where you know your at fault! I suggest you get familiar with your attorney, because when this comes down on you, Steven and Sean, you will want to be filled in on whats going on...and might possibly retain him for services due to how it will come down. Thank you for your time and evidence.

First, let me say that N.A.C.S. has no affiliation at all what so ever with Cycle Sisters Inc. The company that hired and paid Mr. Kula. So, where that plays in to the complaint is beyond me. Second, the above complaint is filled with half truths and lies. Cycle Sisters Magazine desolved completely 2 months ago (March 05) leaving 3 employees myself Erika Bredeson included without a job. However, Mr. Kula failed to mention that he was paid for design work in the amount of $900.00 (which was $200.00 above his discussed pay), after which stole the design and copyrighted those works, in addition he has in his possesion company property and office supplies in the amount of approx $1,000.00 which is only $400.00 short of the total of $1400.00 (not thousands and thousands) owed to Mr. Kula at the time of desolvement. In addition I have NOT moved location or changed company name! Cycle Sisters Inc is and will remain a total loss for all involved. We all took a risk in starting a new concept and unfortunatly we all took a fall when things didn't go right. PERIOD! In short summery, Johnny Kula owed $1400.00 minus approx $1000.00 for property stolen and in your possesion and $200.00 overpayment in February 2005 you are owed by Cycle Sisters Inc. the amount of approx $200.00 at the time of dissolusion.
