Why don't you click the link that says "Show me all reports for ..." This is not made up, there are PAGE AFTER PAGE AFTER PAGE of this very same info. This must be the owner of this scam. You have a habit of doing this very thing. Remember,hell is a hot place, as you will someday find out.

i had the same thing happen to me with this company. They supposably have this voice contreact that has been tampered with. I have never got a letter a welcome package or anything from this company. I have called them numerous times and they refuse to give me my money back. I have threated to take this matter to the media and they still will not give me my money back. WHAT DO I DO> You said that you would help anyone that needed there money back. i am a stuggling young mother who does not have 200.00 to throw around. Please help me.... I have tried everything possible to get my money back from this company and i have not got any help. Please Help! any suggestions from anyone would be nice

From reading your posts it appears that you authorized to take money from your account, which they did on Dec. 4th and the company returned your funds on Dec. 12th. Eight days seems like a very quick response. Most companies make you wait 30 days at the least. By the way, if you did not wish them to take money from your account, why did you give them your checking account number and routing information (I know they need this info to eft your account)? With all respect your complaint sounds contrived. You give them your account information and then complain when they debit your account. Then when you complain, they give the funds back to you in a timely manner and you complain about that as well. Are you sure you do not work for a competitor???

As of today, Thursday, December 12, 2002, the money has been redeposited into my checking account. Whatever you do folks, DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU!!! YOU ARE THE BOSS OF YOUR OWN MONEY!!! YOU TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT, DON'T LET THEM TELL YOU WHAT THEY ARE GONNA DO!!! If anyone would like my help in trying to get their money back, let me know on this page and i will try to assist you in any way possible!!!

After I put in this original report, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. It is really easy to do and if enough of us do it then maybe the Federal Government will take harsher action against this company and others like it who fraudulently take atvantage of those of us with less than perfect credit. To file an online complaint, go to

I also called them just before I am entering this in. I did have to hold for a really long time, but I finally spoke with Stuey. Such a nice young man. NOT!!! He proceeded to tell me that they did refund my money. Kinda funny since I haven't spoken with live person yet. He gave me the same bull about how you get 2-$100 gift certificates and that is how they refund your money. Blah, blah, blah...You guys know the rest! When you do call them, stick to your guns. Even after they get that little tape that they recorded, which funny enough they are sure not to mention Visa or Mastercard, tell them that they have no other option but to refund the money back into your checking account. They will fight you kicking and screaming, but stand your ground on what you want. Tell them also that you will contact all the media such as newspapers and TV in your area to warn others of their scam. Which I will do anyway, just not quite yet.
Supposedly, the money is on the way back into my checking account as we speak. I will keep a close eye for it. I will keep you all updated as to if it makes it or not.
