 Yvonne is really okay as long as you keep your distance because she is quiet. The gals that are hard to put up with purposely keep up a party level noise till lights out. "Lights dont go out till 11! Quiet time after 11!" So Sinthia hangs around her locker all evening like in Jr High and talk any topic to death repeating herself over and over. The in this area also make this sound that is supposed to convey all powerful all seemliness "Hmm-hmm-hmm!" She repeats these refrains like she is a one-person drama queen. N street is offering the big chested free bras and the ladies in the room cant stop talking about how big their breasts are now. By way of bragging 48DD, 52B, or "they dont have a bra my size!" The subjects and obsessiveness and gossipy quality precludes accomplishing anything of intellect in the evenings. No studying, no book reading hardly, no attempt ever to respect other peoples right to privacy solitude peace quiet. Even the zoo is quieter than how they carry on, carry on, then excite the blood for arguing and fighting, because someone said something or crossed a boundary. Sinthia doesnt need a halloween costume she can attend as gossip girl.

 There is this skinny Appalachia type who is committed here. Yvonne or something like that her name. She sits all day long at union station like a freaking zombie. But she dresses rather nice; wears suit jacket or a nice sweater. In fact she spends a lot of time grooming her long wavy white hair. She had a lice problem in the winter. She never reads or anything just sits and observes people. At N street she goes back and forth from the dining room to the bathroom like about 25 times before and after dinner. Her gambit is to try to impress us about her skinny lithe old figure. She passes by me and tries to look me in the eyes. She heaves a sigh when i pass by. She tries to sit behind me or near me if I happen to be near by at union station.

I take pains to avoid her including trying to limit when and where i go at union station. She can't seem to understand i think she is a mental case. She cant seem to read and has no goal other than being able to sit, groom herself, and eat. I gave her some cookies and extra food i had a few times and i highly regret it. I guess after that she thought i was a select gal. If you feed the pidgeons they dont try to mistake you as a sex object but unfortunately this mental case Yvonne does. I want to yell at her or scream at her but all I can do is try to insult her and she still does not get the message. Maybe she was an MKultra sex slave and they lobotomized her after her function was no longer desirable so all she has left in her memory (sit, feed, groom, stare, pacing back and forth) is sex remnants. Please bug off Yvonne. I told the staff about her but they say they are not responsible for what she does on the outside.
