Customer registered for account on Sunday, Aug.12 2012. Customer contracted our Live Chat same day and asked us to switch his shipping preference to USPS which we did. Customer then asked to ship USPS Flat Rate which is not a USPS product we offer. We repeatedly tried to explain to customer that we only ship USPS Express Mail and USPS Priority
Mail. Customer then informed us he is a former USPS employee and demanded that we add this product and change our shipping rates which are clearly stated on our website and in our registration. We explained that we simply dont
offer that product to which customer became belligerent an continued to argue with our customer service representative. We then canceled customers account at his request and immediately refunded his membership fees. We have copies of our Live Chat sessions and email correspondance available to show that customer was treated failly and money refunded immediately and account was canceled.
