MyUS.com Shipping Scam, Package never arrive, Unprofessional services, Refused to refund sarasota florida
I shipped a package of baby products to China through this shipping company. However, we were informed that the price of the products was over the limit of Chinese Customs when the package was already shipped oversea, and the package has to be returned back to the US.
We contacted MyUS.com and attempted to acquire a refund since the service was not fulfilled that the package never arrive to the hand of my family. We were given a response that we are responsible for all the cost from customs and refused to issue a refund even though i stated my point that they, as in MyUS.com, are responsible to notify their customers about the law of customs in different countries, and we, as regular civilians, are certainly not familiar with customs law.
Their service is irresponsible and unprofessional, not recommended to anyone.
