I can't tell you how stupid I feel. I ordered a bracelet from this place - basically because I liked how it looked. It was "the Cross of Miracles" and had a new cross added each month.

I got the bracelet with 2 charms, then a third charm. I've received nothing since then, but have been charged for NINE months ever since.

I have e-mailed, called the number accompanying my charge on my bank statement, and the "Customer Care" number provided in the "reminder" that a new charge was about to happen. No response.

I have had to completely cancel my card...which is a huge inconvenience...to stop these charges.

How ironic that this theft is taking place over a product that consists of crosses. Amazing what some people can do.

I would love to be a part of closing this place down before they rip off anyone else in these times of hardship for everyone.

I got a phone call from someone from this place today. She called 10 minutes before I had to be at work. So I explained the whole situation to her....remember I've already done this on multiple emails and leaving messages on their contact number. She asked me the same questions over and over again, put me on hold 3 times, I explained to her that I needed to leave for work, then she gave me to someone else who - you won't believe this - said they needed my credit card number to give me a refund. Are you kidding me?????? Like I'm going to give them another credit card number after having to cancel the card they were using to charge me with? I couldn't believe it. I told her all she needed to know was my address so they could mail me a certified check or money order with my refund. She said it wasn't that simple. I told her it was simple enough to charge my card for 9 months without sending any product. She told me to stop yelling at her. By then, I was late for work and too upset to even describe. I had to hang up...and yes....I said something ugly before hanging up. So now, I'll have to call again on a day when I don't have to be anywhere. This isn't over. Kathy...Spartanburg, SC
