mydriverslicense.org his company is a ripoff. With held $19.99, $1.00 and $2.99 and come to find out, the drivers license was NOT renewed. I called and talked to a man named Caleb and he explained to me that the charges were for an electronic drivers manual. He stated that in 7 to 10 days we would get a full refund...we will see.
My husband went online to renew his drivers license. We typed in renew my DL. This website "Mydriverslicense.org" came up and he thought he was renewing his license. I looked at our checking account and found that this company mydriverslicense.org was not renewing his license. They with held a total of $22.98. I called them and spoke with a man named Caleb. He tells me that these charges, which there were 3 of, was for an electronic drivers manual that you can get from the DMV for free. Not a renewal for drivers licenses. This place is a rip off. He told me that they will refund all our monies. We will see as it will take from 7 to 10 day.

You failed to read the clearly posted alert (upon entering their website) before you clicked the continue button:
Driver license applications must be processed by an official DMV location/website. However, independent third-party application assistance is available through this site… By clicking "continue" you acknowledge that this site is privately owned and is not affiliated with any government agency
They provided the service just as they claim; therefore there was no rip-off.
