MWI Privacy Plus This Company billed me and I didn't even know who or what they were until I just so happen to call Unautherorized they used my cedit card Connecticut
I had just gotton a credit card and on my first bill I had a charge of $1.00 on it and beside it it had MWI*Privacy Plus and I didn't think anything of it! On my second statement I had gotton another charge from them for 13.95 and I didn't think anything of it! Well on my third statment I got they charged me again the same amount!
So I had called the number that was beside the bill is was 800-544-3738 and I talked to an agent and I had to ask him what is this for and why am I getting billed for this? He said something like this is for a membership so you can see your credit report and also asked if I had gotton the package for all the stuff that I could save. I said no and how do I cancel this and he said you can go on the website or talk to agent and which by the way he never said what it was!
I tired to look it up and came acrossed rip off scams for this company and read all the information on them! I hurried up off the phone and cancel it right away! Of corce he tried to get me to stay and told me they can give me some $60.00 rebate thing and I kept saying no I just want to cancel it so he finally did and now I am filing out this report so other people know! Thank God I caught it before I got billed anymore!!
