Call them AGAIN, CUT the representative's sales speach with a "Can I get your name, ID? Because if I do not get a refund in 7 days, I will report you, and your company to the FBI for credit card fraud. You with your affiliates used my card number to sign up me for an unwanted, worthless membership. Ok, so can I get my cancellation number?" Here is a quote I have just read from a formal representative of MWI: "It was very annoying to me when we had to follow the strict rules of reading the script no matter how many times the customer requested that they wanted to cancel. ("alright well sir one more thing i would like to mention while i have you on the line is connections offers our members......... blah blah blah ") so finally after the customer is about on the verge of coming loose and ready to kill we cancel! "
