MWI Connections ripoff mistreated me Internet Nationwide
I'm So very disgusted!!!! I was charged $139.95 from MWI Connections, I never used my debit card before, and decided to use it to get Earthlink. I never even thought I would be scammed from a secure purchase from this!!! We called them and they said we signed up, which we never did, I said we have only used this debit card 1 time online and it was with Earthlink, They said they are affliates of them.
As we were telling them (both my husband and I took turns) They continued to try selling their product, Shopping Discounts, I got mad by that time and told them to quit trying to sell me their dang product and give me the money they robbed from me. YES thats what they did, they stole our money by charging us for an unauthurized purchase. I was eventually told we would get our money back on their next billing cycle.
When I asked when that would be, they refused to answer. So today I looked up their company online and got many many search sites of fraud from this company name. I will be calling my bank this morning and after that BBB. I am also calling the ATTY General. I want this company out of business, the sooner the better!

Here is an update to my situation! This occured Oct. 31, I now have my money back in my account. It took threats of getting a lawyer, Calling BBB. Money was back in 2 business days.
