I purchased a mobile video for my 2000 Chevy Tahoe. Their web page misrepresents the details on the unit for color, installation procedures and the conceal there terms and conditons in small print a the bottom of the page.

No information was provided in the shipping about return procedures etc. Please beware of this company they are not cumtomer friendly nor helpful.

UPDATE: Loved and enjoyed the orginal system purchased from them so much for my last vehicle, had to purchase a new video system for the new vehicle from them only. Their service was outstanding as last time. They again provided everything needed for the custom video installation for the new 2003 vehicle. Highly recommend their service and products to anyone and everyone looking for a video system for their vehicle. A 100% Satisfied Customer here for the second time. Look forward to doing business with them again & again for all future vehicles.

UPDATE TO EDITOR'S NOTE: DON'T GET THE WRONG IDEA, REARSEATVIDEO DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE LETTER THAT WAS WRITTEN TO THE RIP-OFF REPORT. THE LETTER WAS WRITTEN IN COMPLETE CONFUSION BEFORE CONTACTING THEM. THEY WERE 110% HELPFUL AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR COMPANY AND PRODUCTS TO ANYONE. COMPLETELY SORRY FOR WRITING THE COMPLAINT TO RIP-OFF REPORT. THEY DID NOT RIP-OFF ANYONE HERE!!!!! IT WAS A BIG OOOPS!

WAS 100% MISTAKEN ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. ALL IS WELL AND VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT, AND ESPECIALLY THEIR SERVICE.

IT WAS A MIS-UNDERSTANDING THAT'S ALL. THEY WERE A BIG HELP AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY 100%. APOLOGY'S TO THEM FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF THIS REPORT. THEY EVEN WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY AND FOUND A INSTALLER FOR MY VIDEO SYSTEM, AND WORKED OUT A GREAT DEAL FOR ME AT CIRCUIT CITY IN MY AREA. THANK YOU!
