 Well I purchased a cerakote service for my glock on March the 24th off of eBay. EBay auction list 7-15 day turn around. June 9th it will be 12 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. I have heard one excuse right after another on why it hasn't shipped, much like the other report filed on here by Chuck. I was first told it would ship April 20th and it never did. I have been told 7 times since then that it has shipped but never has. Mark even went on to say he would handle it personal to make sure it shipped but it never did. He even was crafty enough to print a shipping label may 19th and add a tracking number but that's as far as it has went. He again never actually shipped it. Then I actually got a hold of him on June 1st and he blamed it on the post office. Saying they picked it up and put it back in his received box. And once again assured me it would shipped the 5th of June. I understand things happen and deadlines are not met but this is ridiculous. Now msg limited and Mark have stopped replying to my eBay messages, Facebook messenger messages, phone calls or emails. I guess my next steps are to contact my attorney, the police, ATF, BBB and so on till I get my slide back. I have even went as far as to say don't coat it if it isn't done yet and just send it back to me. I just want my slide back. Now Mark will try and say I probably am not even a customer of his(like he done on the last report filed on here) and that I am a competitor or some other nonsense but I can assure you I am a real customer and have proof of ever thing I have listed. If you doubt 270 646 7195 and I'll gladly share. Don't want anyone else having the same experience as me.

The customer is always right, till you deal with customers who want more than expected.  Niether ebay or paypal refunded this customers money,  I did!  They do not provide any buyer protection on custom items -period. The customer choose to pickup,  he was not forced to do so.  The pattern was Black multicam and black multicam was done,  Customer tried to shake us down for additional items such as top plate,  swore we had them,  then found them at home,  we offered to do the top plate,  I wish this customer the best and hope he finds another provider.  we will be here should he ever need warranty work or anything else.

 Mark is correct, I did receive my money and my slide. But this was not bc of any actions of Mark. I received my money back bc it was purchased through eBay. I contacted eBay and THEY returned my money for the purchase. Then after I sent a certified letter saying that if the slide was not in my mail box at a certain day I would make the 4.5 hour drive to marks shop and pick my slide up. To which I received no response or slide. I made the drive to marks shop and picked my slide up. As far as getting it coated for free, that depends on how you look at it. Yes I was returned the purchase price through eBay. But I was still out money to ship the slide to mark, ship a certified letter to mark, 60 dollars in gas to drive to get my property and lost wages for a day of work bc I had to take off in order to get there during his normal business hours bc I couldn't get a hold of any one to set up a appt to retrieve my slide. So in closing, did I receive my property back? YES,was it due to marks actions NO it was bc of me. Did I receive my purchase price back? YES but once again it wasn't due to marks actions it was bc of eBay I receive the purchase price back. In the end I may not have paid for the coating, but between shipping cost, gas for the 9 hour trip to ohio, wear and tear on my truck, and missing a day of work, it was anything but free. And for a side note, my slide was suppose to be black mulitcam, ended up looking like dots instead. It will need to be re-coated. But this time it will be coated by a professional, who know how to conduct business, and is a man of his word. THAT PERSON WILL NOT BE MARK.

This customers slide was completed and is in his hands.  We were late on the estimated turn time,  however in our defense we clearly state in all sales that we do not guarantee turn times,  additionally that there could be extended delays due unforseen events.  We had done several items for him before with no problems.  This one was delayed.   We attempted to get it through aas fast as possible,  this was a custom black multicam order.  Our single color jobs finish in 1-3 days.  This customer was refunded 100% of his money and still got a cerakoted pistol as ordered.  We have completed 1000's of jobs without any problems or delays.  As with any volume based operation things can and do happen that effects production times.  This is why we disclose this before you purchase a service.  In closing his slide was cerakoted for free and he is in procession of it!
