Dear Mr. Brewer:

I have forwarded all of your communications to Target and have been authorized to reply to your inquiries. Based on the history of your post-employment contacts an d attempted contacts with Target and Target employees, Targets final position is that you are not welcome on Target premises in the greater Kansas City area and you are not eligible for rehire at any Target location. As you have noted in a number of communications, the statue of limitations has expired on any claim you may have had arising out of your employment and it is simply time for you and Target to move on. Please do not contact Target or its representatives again with these or similar requests.

Sincerely,

Kathy Perkins

Mrs. Perkins,

I have received your letter by Federal Express and I did not sign for it because I was asleep when the mailman knocked on my door. Since I am now finally barred from every Target Store in the US how can any Target store possibly know what I really look like? Unless you have my photo of me posted along with an FBI criminal conviction or Most Wanted List of criminals on every Target store in the US there is no way to possibly recognize what I really look like since that are thousands of African-American males who shop in Target Stores in the US. And since I have a common name there could be a female or male with my same name who shops in a Target store in the US. So the only possible way that any Target store would ever recognize me coming in their stores and shopping would be if they had a photo of me, my driver license, social security number, date of birth, along with a FBI Most's Wanted List or some type of legal court issued restraining order that barred me from every Target store in the US. Of course since I cannot go into any Target store and shop I would not risk getting arrested and having a criminal charge on my record. Thanks for your time.

Sincerely,

Stacey G Brewer

Here's the email I sent to Target's attorney Mrs.Kathy Perkins and I received no response back on how Target recognizes people who have been barred from their stores. Target has no criminal evidence to convict me of a crime and my main issue with Target is that this is crazy to even bar me from simply going into a Target Store and shopping there and not doing anything else and minding my own business. Does Target treat all their ex-employees who have had a complaint against Target this way as well? Am I the only African-American male who has been completely barred from simply shopping in any Target Store or ever being rehired any Target store? I would like to find that out if that is true. I am sure that I have been disccriminated against as a customer and I do not believe my statue of limitiations has expired on this claim. I have called the Kansas City Human Relations department and see what will happen from there. I guess that I know by now not to list Target as a previous job reference when I go to apply to other companies since I realize that Target is still giving me a bad reference in regards to me being rehired by the company. I need to know if any ex-employee or current employee of Target has been through a similiar experience with their employment or even a customer of Target. I do not believe that everyone who works for Target or that shops in Target is bad it is just coming from a few individuals and that is what I believed that happened with my former employment with Target and I know that I was discriminated against as an ex-employee or even a customer. Please reply to this and I need help in restoring my good name and reputation. I also believe that my rights of freedom of speech where also violated by Target and their lawyer because what if a former Target employee or present Target employee believes I have been discriminated against and they disagree with Target's lawyers?
