My new sealed tin of Ginger Crisps cookies were deteriorated. Called the company for permission to return cookies for a replacement.
Receptionist Gigi Condom was a most unpleasant person. Rude, sarcastic and hostile are three fittiing words to describe her. She refused to accept my cookies as a return, and refused to replace them.
She said that no matter what they sent I probably would find something wrong with them. She then hung up on me.
