M.R.A Video rip off Girls Gone Wild, *Consumer Suggestion ..Merchandise sent to you in the mail that you did not order is yours to keep.FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2
This company repeatedly without my conscent, sends me the product I did not order. With no way of contacting them, how can I stop this injustice?

M.R.A Video rip off Girls Gone Wild, (#5622) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Eric Diez Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: Products you didn't order Merchandise sent to you in the mail that you did not order is yours to keep. This includes any extra merchandise sent with items you did order. You do not have to send it back, and you can't be made to pay for it. Under the law, this is considered a gift. Enjoy it. If a private delivery service, such as United Parcel Service, brings you merchandise that you didn't order, you must do two things before you can legally keep the merchandise: You must alert the sender (preferably in writing) that you received goods that you didn't order. You must allow the sender a reasonable amount of time to pick the merchandise up at the sender's expense. You should tell the sender what you intend to do with the merchandise if he or she fails to pick it up.
