BUYER BEWARE of this sleazy operation; Buyer, DO NOT let them fill out their own review/rating
Mr. Aaron Korges, President: BBB rated F.... I have no doubt they(Mr. Aaron Korges, President&Brian Knox-airstream rep) knew of greater than a dozen problems on this 100K airstream unit; sold it to me at full retail like this/ and now it is MY warranty problem.... included manipulation in their finance dept by Joe Csibi to sell 10K aftermarket: NOW GET THIS: they will lower my financing to a better %, with a lower payment @ less time if I add on 10Kbullsh*.... telling me I had not been approved and my credit was denied, but they were able to get me financed... ??WTF? I went to my bank;;; I have a 818 experian credit rating.. I have since completely paid off loan. They also ineptly installed a multiple panel solar system, also left film covering the panels, and the $500 battery upgrades were "thrown" in with the cables loose.
Mr. Aaron Korges, President: I bought this so my wife and I could travel this summer with our dogs, as her health is failing... Now? we are waiting for our "warrany" repairs by airsteam -3,4 months?.... thankfully they value their reputation
this just gets me.... they sell me what they knew to be junk.... now they are 'helping' me with 'my' warranty problems.... what a joke
