Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On March 31, 2008, you were commissioned to repair the power adapter to a Toshiba Laptop. I indicated to you that my battery was not charging 100% - I also informed you that I purchased a new battery and a new ac adapter and the problem persisted. I also illustrated to you the blinking lights when using the AC adapter. Afterwards you provided me the diagnosis of needed a new power plug which would require the disassembling of my laptop at this time; you also gave me the price of the intended repair and notice of the 30 repair warranty. Finally, you explained the need to order the part you determined that my computer would be repaired by March 31, 2008.

On March 31, 2008, when I picked up my computer, you were not available but another sale associate turned on my computer to show me the computer came on. The computer was running on battery only. I was unable to test for the repair using the power because your associate could not locate it. I agreed to return the next day. According to the 30 day guaranteed warranty repair policy, my warranty expires May 13, 2008.

On April 8th and on April 13th 2008 voice mails were left for you at 900-6652 informing you that my computer was doing the same thing that you were paid to repair, not charging the battery. I had in fact stopped by your shop on several occasions since voice mails were not returned but you were unavailable.

On May 2, 2008, while driving by I noticed your shop open and brought back my computer. After informing you of the still existing problem and unanswered voice mails, you informed me that your voice mail is check via the computer and you had not had time to check them. You instructed me to leave the computer and you will look at it and give me a call.

After not hearing from you for several days, I contacted you as to the status of my computer. At this time you provoke a debate alluding to me deliberately re-breaking my power supply. After arriving at your place of business you continued to become accusatory both attacking my character and place of worship but most of all are refusing to honor your warranty.
