 I brought my car to be checked to see what was wrong with it, they checked it said rack&pinion and wheel sensor (right front), blower motor, motor mounts , so I set up appt to have them fixed. The day I bring my car in they tell me 8 hours at max, so I said ok I will come back, but before I leave can you do me a favor and double check to make sure that nothing else needs to be fixed with my car while you have it. He said they always do, I said thank you see you in 8hours. So I return at 4:30 and ask about my car they tell me it will be right out have a seat, needless to say 1hour and a half goes by and nothing so I ask to see the Acura person in charge, and he explains they had a rough time doing some things so they are going to have to keep the car till next morning at 8:30am. I did ok really had plans but what can I do, I told the Acura man please call me if anything changes so I don't waist time and money going back and forth I don't reside around this area, he said OK. Next morning I call no answer so I get a ride for 20 dollars down to motor World to pick car up wait 30 mins for them to tell me they are not done yet. So I left again finally a little after 2:30pm they were done.

My husband went picked up car asked if anything else was wrong they said no they fixed all problems and I have the form they filled out stating this. 24 hours later my check engine light goes on I go to auto zone they plug car into the computer to see what the problem is, and computer says wheel sensor, so I made an Appt with a local mechanic that week and found out that motor World did not fix these problems right at all. So I return home and call them and leave detailed messages about what was happening and no body returns my calls all that week. I happened to get sick bad for a little over ten days after that I started calling again no response, so I chalked it up to being ripped off and figured I could save money in couple months to go somewhere else but I have 4children at home and with Christmas coming did not get a chance to save money. What was funny was I was going to have a friend do the work but took it to Acura motorworld because I thought it might cost a fortune but at least it will get done right by professionals that work for Acura.

Basically they took 3000.00 right out of my kid mouth and into the wallets cause I am going to have to buy new parts parts, and labor somewhere else. I tried looking up online where I can Rory this or if there is a corporate office but I can not find one. Me and my husband both work and take care of our children, we have alot of bills with 4 kids so it's not like we have money to get a lawyer or I would sue.,just so this won't happen to someone else. I really hope someone holds them responsible, I found out in my search for justice that I am not the first person this has happened too, I just hope I am one of the last.
