NO SHOWER NO HOT COLD VALVE

NO BATH FAUCET FROM OCT 2OTH 2004 WHEN MOSHE'S PLUMING WAS LET INTO MY APARTMENT

ALL PLUMBING HAS WORKED FINE I PAID $700 TO A LICENCED PLUMBER UPON MOVE IN fEB. 1, 2003 TO REPLACE EACH PIPE WITH PIPE NIPPLE RUSTED WITH NO SHOWER VALVES OR FAUCET ON MOVE IN TO PERFECT WORKING ORDER

MOSHE'S LICENCE IS #680965

This avtivity by a licensed plumber is unethical. The plumber must be checked for representing his work with fraudulemt credentals. His work must show many violations reported on puplic reports/records

Please make every effort to prevent this Moshes's Plumbing from the ability to continue any further conspired fraudulent activities as alleged/ and/or any plumbing work in the future. Please check his license to be valid or fraudulent?

ALL PLUMBING since I paid to repair upon move in HAS WORKED FINE I PAID $700 TO A LICENCED PLUMBER UPON MOVE IN Feb. 1, 2003 To Replace all pipes now in subject.

All occurrances in one day visit of Landlord's plumber Oct.20, 2004. NO SHOWER VALVES OR FAUCET ON MOVE each were fixed and paid by me by an excellant plumber INTO PERFECT WORKING ORDER

MOSHE'S LICENCE IS #680965 has allegedly damaged pipes, modified pipes, water flow, broken shower fixture, replaced cylinder valve with non working valve. Damaged Sinks-Kitchen + Bath now leaking. New cylinder valve had been replaced Feb 2003 at my cost on move in.

Koontz Hardware in review of broken Shower part(where I purchased Speakman very good quality shower head product) confirmed the part broken was in fact by force deliberately by a wrench or forceful instument. No tightening of the specific part ever eould cause two full cracks as were deliberate, breaking a $60 unit.

Roto Rooter Plumbers on two separate times confirmed that pipes had been deliberately bent, hit or modified to have caused a sudden chage in one day after one and one half years of good condition.

Roto Rooter alleged that somethig had to have been done that previous day. I told them the Landlord had his Plumber come to fix the hot water heater after 24 hours of no hot water. Moshes's Pluming came in my unit to"put a gasket in my tub overflow", I have taken two baths in 1 and 1/2 years as ice therapy is prescribed for my injuries.

Roto Rooter on two visits of over one hour each visit wrote after seeing water was fine in all other units: NEW PIPING NEEDED UNIT #8

Advise me best above City, Housing and Code Enforcement, as all are not resonsive to this particular Landlord. I am disabled. It is difficult to sponge bath with my limited movement due to foot and shoulder injury plus most recent added syatic nerve and leg bruises falling through the balcony flooring Aug 1, 2004. That week I was scheduled for my shoulder surgery.
