Morgan's Landscaping ripoff dishonest fraudulent, company recived deposit for work, but did not do the job. Lyons Illinois
Morgan Landscaping, Owner Kevin Morgan recieved a deposit from me to redo my patio with cement.
He failed to do the work, nor did he refund my money.
I filed a complaint with BBB, illinois State Attorney Office, and received court order judgement againt Mr. Morgan. Still he have failed to refund my deposit.

Mr. Morgan was contracted to do some yard work for me. I paid him the first $1000 to begin work. He did some work, maybe half of what he was supposed to do and then I didn't see or hear from him. When I checked the work he did complete, it was substandard. Plants I asked to be removed were not. Plants that I asked to leave were removed. I would text Mr. Morgan and he would say that he would be out on such and such a day and then I would not see or hear from him. After it became clear that there was a problem, I started asking specifically when my job would be complete. He would give me a date, the date would come and go without a word from Mr. Morgan. Mr. Morgan came up with numerous excuses why he couldn't deliver on his promises. He was in ill health

He also tried to blame it on a truck in repair. It was in bad need apparently as the repair seemed to span over a week. These are just excuses. The man was in fine health and most of the work he did do he did without a truck, he drove a car. You don't need a truck to weed. And he could have had the mulch and sod delivered if necessary.
I am filing a complaint with the BBB now. I have already tried to resolve the matter through Thumbtack who introduced me to Mr. Morgan. They say they have removed him from their site. This helps me not at all.

I did contract the work to be done with this customer at this time. I recived a deposit a paid & delivered material to the job site for the work. I than had a hard time getting permits for the job. I Had some very serious health issuies and could not complete my work. I have recovered from all health problems and will be working on a plain with the customer to resolve this issue in the 2009 season. I have been in business for a very long time and do very good work , at this time in 2006 was a very bad year.
