I purchased the Maxcare warranty from mopar. My truck started give me problems, so I took it in to Team one Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in Gadsden ,AL .After taking it a few times the truck was still messing up. So I did the survey they sent to my email ,giving them a bad rating. Real soon afterwards I take my truck back in to them ,they continued putting fuel filters on it. Instead of fixing what was really wrong with it under my so called extended warranty. By then they know about the rating I gave them. They then lie to mopar saying I had offroad diesel in my AUXILIARY TANK . Just to void my warranty .Mopar believed them over me without having it checked first. So they told me it wasn't cover because of that. First of all the tank didnt have offroad diesel in it ,then they had no reason to be looking into my auxiliary tank unless it was feeding my truck tank. Which it was not. Even if I did have offroad in that tank, there was no indication it was for the truck. (Could have been for tractor on the farm. )They knew mopar would void my warranty by telling them that. I tried explaining to mopar but they would not listen to me.After paying for more fuel filters, I left again .We got to Ky truck started again .Took it to service center there that FIXED the problem hadn't had that problem since.

After a few months I go back to Team one for service. I tell them theres a new noise and ask them could it be the injectors. So instead of checking them, they pull my rims off the tires and say that's what it was. After keeping it all day I pick it up the noise still there. I tell them and mopar and they tell me it will be over a week to schedule me back in. Within a week my truck broke down was towed to them. They call in a rep from mopar to look at it and they tell me the estimated cost is over 32.000 dollars.I paid $79.00 for the part needed. I found out all they would do is replace the parts that were visible then charge that same amount .Also mechanics dont like doing warranty repairs because they don't make much money .So instead of honoring my warranty and fixing it correctly. They did all those fuel filters so I would have to pay. Won't buy another dodge vehicle.
