I placed an order with Mookie Gifts.com and never received a confirmation, I then attempted to call and received no answer but rather a recording stating to call back again later. I attempted to call again with the same message playing. I then attempted to email, with no response. I then did some internet investigation on the company and found that others had the same problems. This company has NUMEROUS reports with the BBB...I then attempted to cancel my item, but they had already charged my account. I am in the process of getting the money back from the company through my bank. I sent an email to the company requesting that my order be cancelled and have heard NO reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BAD NEWS! I would suggest checking them out on the BBB if I were you!
