Moo moo express carwash Doug Parker Tina Marie Richmond Equipment hit front and side of my g63 and removed paint and scarred bumper Heath OHIO
I regularly attended this carwash as we had unlimited wash passes. I have a black Mercedes-Benz G63 so washed it once or twice daily. I was going through wash with my wife and something hit the front of my car so hard it jarred it sideways making a loud noise. Upon exiting wash, I immediately went up to manager and filled out report. Tina Richmond came outside and photographed the damage. I then contacted the territory manager and texted him pics. He assured me he’d get to the bottom of what happened and take good care of me bc I’m a customer and they appreciate my business.
This is the second major issue we’ve encountered during my attendance. He texted me a week later. I didn’t have a chance to call as I travel for work. Upon calling he told me he reviewed the film and the damage was there prior to entering the was. I told him that’s bs bc this is a $180000 vehicle and I’d notice this type of damage as it sits in my garage and I don’t park it in public areas. Also I wax and detail it weekly. The car is still damaged and they refuse to remedy the situation. My guess is this happens regularly and this is their standard answer to get out of repairing customer cars. Sleazy management. Beware.

Dan called me apologetic for how his people handled this event. He stated he would repair my vehicle and would call me ASAP to talk and get vehicle repair started. This was approximately 4 months ago and so far we have received no further contact.
