MonogramHub Leather bond book; Didn't honor Groupon; Bait and Switch Internet
This company is a complete ripoff!!
I used a Groupon that said for $5 a person would receive $99 off of an order.
When I ordered, I added additional things like extra pages and some extra personalization, which turned out to be $24 more. This included shipping, which was $8.99.
Ordered April 2. They lost the order and had to remake and resend. Received it a couple days ago. What I ordered was a 5x8 Notebook with 200 pages, what I received was a 3x5 little notebook with 30 pages.
For $30, I could have bought a leather bound journal at Barnes&Noble with 200 to 300 pages. Granted it would not have been personalized, but what I received from MonogramHub was NOT worth $30. No way. No how.
Either they didn't honor the Groupon or they do a bait and switch, because their pictures DO NOT resemble what the custormer receives as the finished product.
DO NOT use them or buy from them. MonogramHub is a rip off.
