It is not Homeq's fault that you chose to go with a credit counselor....If they are working with you, it is THEIR responsibility to create a payment that we are willing to accept....you signed a contract with a specific date and are expected to uphold that date...if you do not..it is you responsibilty to correct that problem....For future reference...do not sign a contract you are unwilling to follow...Also, the cease and desist order that you filed did remove phone calls, as well as all correspondance from Homeq, meaning that now you have no way of finding out if and when problems arise on your account unless you call Homeq specifically...
