CHINO HILLS,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I was just reading this ad on the hotel for hell and let me tell you that as a Monarch ex-employee one of the biggest complaints we had was the Palm Canyon Resort, its shocking to know that the palm canyon is the hotel they try to sell you on when comming aboard with Monarch, as a reservation agent the junior villa's or the single bedrooms at the palm canyon were commonly reffered as the sh*t villas and in order to save as much money as possible they would only employ 4 workers to service the whole hotel. Its hard to believe that with the amount of people that are paying to become members that they would have problems hiring a full staff to service the resort!

Where does the association or ownership dues disappear to? Or all the over-sold shares in the resort that makes it so hard to get a decent reservation? It goes into the pockets, or properties, or company credit cards that are abused for personal use. This starts at the very top and not an eye is blinked. What Project Manager who has been in charge of construction of a multi-million dollar resort, 3 buildings, over 200+ rooms, pools, waterfalls, and all the amenities - just how much over budget did these phases of the project get? How much did it cost the timeshare owners to renovate and remodel his residence with subcontractors employed at the jobsite, and materials and equipment charged to the resort? The cost of vast remodeling of his home, including pool, landscaping, etc., etc., etc., in addition to his outrageous contract salary he's paid, + bonus, + expense account, + company credit card (used for personal purchases), + company vehicle, and who knows what all else? How much does all this add up to in total wages paid in per month? Per year? If he gets all these perks, just what do the real big boys get? The CEO, President, Vice-President? It makes me sick to think of. I wouldn't invest one penny in such a dishonest, unethical, and illegally run business. The Attorney General and/or Departments of Real Estate (if in NV or CA) should conduct spontaneous and thorough audits in review of their budgets in all areas - owner association funds, construction, maintenance, etc., etc. They would discover a gold mine of corruption, maybe even enough to put them out of business, which is where they belong.

I had a problem with them too. I found the owner's name is Mark Post at the same address. Do you have the (800) 828-4200 #? Speak with Garrett. I wrote a letter directly to Mr. Post and sent it certified. They took it seriously. Perhaps you could try this too?
