Mobile does not care about customers. They won't take responsibility if there is something wrong with their products:
I bought a 5 quart container of Mobil1 synthetic oil and the container developed a crack just from sitting for several months in my garage cabinet. it was a total mess and I only asked them to replace the product. The synthetic oil obviously attacked the plastic of the container, it turned from silver to yellow. I sent them pictures and offered to send them the container but they did not want to hear anything about the problem. (I guess they are aware of it and know that the plastic does not withstand the synthetic oil)
I will never ever buy one of their products again.
