On or about the 3rd of April, we ordered from imbuygold.com gold for using it to play world-of-Warcraft. we were advised it would take several hours to complete the order. After several hours we contacted through live chat and was advised the product was out of stock and would take 4 days. after 4 days we were again advised that the company still needed more time. we waited another 2 days, then we cancelled our order , was advised it would take 24 hrs through Paypal, or 4 to 7 business days if using a credit/debit card, after waiting the 7 bus days we contacted the website again and was advise they needed another 2 days for processing, again we contacted the website and was advised to cancel te order we would to wait another 4 to 7 bus days for a refund/credit. It has now been over 21 bus days and still no refund/credit, the company upon being contacted by either telephone and/or live chat does not respond and keeps advising that the refund/credit is in the works. after asking several times for a supervisor/manager we were told that there isn't one there to try back in 10 hours. I have worked in call centers for 10 years for various major companies, and never seen this level of poor service. do not buy from imbuygold.com or anything from mmo newgames group ltd. you will lose your money.
