MITEC SOLUTIONS, VENTURA RIP OFF ! OVER CHARGE, RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE Ventura California
Was a customer of Mitec for years. Paid hundreds for web page. They charged me plenty, annually. All of a sudden they started to add a bill for $20.00 a month. Said they had "forgot" to charge me for 2 years. They now wanted to charge me for "hosting." I looked around and found that the majority of other web hosting companies charge a few busck a month. Mitec wanted $20.00 When I complained they said it was "chump change" "Get off our server." So, I did. I went to Ipage for $1.99 a month and $16.99 for yearly renewel of web page domian. Mitec was charging me $80.00 per year for renewel fees. Total rip off. When I posted a neagtive review on Yelp, they threatened to sue me if I did not take it down. Business owner is a hot head and rude. I would stay away from this business.
