Full Court Advertising Aka Mitch McDaniel ripoff unethical business Torrance California
I worked in Mitch McDaniel's office for a little while and honestly, the man is a joke. He preaches to his guys about how great he is and how he knows everything. Everyone has to do things his way or the highway, but when people chose the highway, all he could do is blame them and how they don't know what they are doing anyway.
I left his business because I did not agree with his work ethics. He would preach everyday on how you need to be early and ontime, but in turn, he was late everyday, except for when our vice president Mike Putnam came to visit. That was the only time he was on his best behavior.
He never practiced what he preached. He would tell everyone how great he was, but when we would ask him to go in the field with us, it never happened. Well, from what I hear now, he obviously got what was coming to him: he lost a lot of his quality top guns, and now had to shut down his business to start over in the field.
What goes around comes around. I believed the opportunity at ds-max was an unbelievable one and believed I could do it and be good at it, but I didn't want to do the the way mitch wanted to do it. Anyone applying at a ds-max job, just beware of Mitch Mcdaniel because he's bad news. I heard he couldn't even pay back his guys their security money he owed them because he spent it all...pathetic!
