Miracle Managment Group - Risk Managment Group - Jubilee Financial Services Tekkain is a liar won't settle account since Feb 2005 RIPOFF Carson City Nevada
My husband and I received a letter for a settlement from Love, Beal & Nixon, P.C. back in Feb, 2005. We sent a copy of this letter to Risk Management, and Brian with legal emailed us a document to fill out and answer the letter. This then became a court document and several items were filed by Love, Beal & Nixon and by us. At the same time someone from RMP contacted LBN and said that they were in agreement with the offer and could settle on that amount. Then another letter would be sent to LBN that would contradict the first letter. Never would anyone call.
By Sept 2005 we had to go to court. We showed up early and talked to the LBN attorney and he said that since we had agreed that the amount was reasonable that he could send another letter to RMP and see if they will finally pay so that we would not have a judgment against us. I called Tekkain and let him know what was going on and that a letter was on the way.
Tekkain would not return my phone calls. He would email us back and have vague responses that he didn't understand what was going on and needed to gather more information. That he would call and take care of this. I checked to see if he called and he never attempted to call according to LBN. Tekkain is a liar and they have done nothing to settle this account, they have only dug a deep hole for us.
Now I have found out that this company is operating without a licence and has been ordered to return the money that they have collected. I'm afraid that all the money we have paid to them over the past 3 years will be lost.
