On 06/30/2003 around 09:05edt I called Miracle Blade customer service @ 800-549-9830 and spoke with a sweat lady by name of Rose Linda ID#246. I explained to Rose the situation where I was overcharged. Rose explained to me that I have ordered (2) sets of knives, cutting board, and wooden block. I explained that I have only ordered (1) set of knives and refused all of the upsales. I requested to refund full amount of $94.80 back to my credit card and cancel the order. Rose kindly offered to remove all of the items I did not order where I would get a refund of approx $40, as set of knives and delivery would cost around $54. I made myself clear again that I want to cancel my order period. Rose offered $5 discount of my order for inconvenience. I made myself clear where I almost had to spell out "Cancel my order and refund $94.80. Rose advised that refund would take 14 business days. I replied that I want refund to be posted to my account within 24 hours like it was taken from it. Rose said nothing could be done as another department handles the refunds. To make long story short, today 07/07/2003 I checked my credit card account and discovered that Miracle Blade refunded ONLY $69.90 on Jun 30th, Jun 30 Jul 02 MIRACLE BLADE LOS ANGELES CA -$ 69.90. I have asked three times for a full refund and order to be canceled. Why only $69.90 was refunded? What happened to the rest of my money? I will call customer service again this morning at 09:00am edt to find out what happened to the rest of the refund. I will keep this report updated...
