Rec'd letter from company indicating they were unable to contact me because contact information was not correct. Contacted company was told that there was suspicious activity on my card. Very difficult to understand intact person, all foreigners, I told them that I had not authorized suspected activity and that I wanted the card cancelled and to be issue a new card card. They would not cancel the card nor would they issue a new card. I was told that I had to speak with someone in the fraud dept first and that all they would do was block the card from further use. I asked to speak with a manager who told me the exact same thing. He took my contact info and assured me that someone would call me back. Hours later no one has called me back.
