Midland Mortgage Company Unprofessional, Uncaring, Caveman-None Updated Company I have ever heard of, my GMAC mortgage was sold to them (Midland Mortgag) in NOV 08, worst thing could have ever happen Oklahoma Oklahoma
My GMAC mortgage was sold to this Midland Mortgage in Nov 08 as Warren, in Michgan was and it has been the worst mortgage company I have had in the 15 years of my 30 year mortgage, I have recieved no payment book, and I called to make the payment over the phone and they wanted to charge me $20.00! cannot utilze the internet to make payments. This is the mortgage company from Hell! How if/possible can we move our mortgage to someone else without having refinace and all that crap! I am worried about my line of credit as stated Veronica from Austin Tx, this is a very serious matter and we all need some serious guidance before something major happen! Please help me with any suggestions. I advise all who deal with them to use some form of tracking to keep up with payments ect, thank for allowing us this site to share and see other rip off or bad experience with business.

you say gmac sold your mortgage to midland 1 did gmac notify you about the sale if they did you had 30 day i belive to say yes or no if you didnt respond then your at fault here its in your mortgage contract find it and wave it in front of gmacs face if they didnt do it right, they did this to me several yr back and i called them on the carpet about it thye had to take the loan back 2 now call midland and say hey i havent received a payment book from you and i need to send in a payment get the address and send them one MAKE SURE YOU COPY THE LETTER YOU SEND TO THEM AND THE CHECK FOR YOUR RECORDS also send them a certified letter stating you have no payment book and that you are sending them a payment PUT THE ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE CHECK if they dont respond to this then start filing complaints the the gov agencys in your state no one is stopping you from refinancing you have the right to shop around right now but with the crappy mortgage problems right now your going to find it real hard to get a new one try your own bank if you have one AND A WORD OF WARNING from this point on make copies of each and every check you send in never ever miss one its your only recourse if something happens these companies are nasty they dont care about you one bit you need to CYA
