In purchasing any media through XBox Live, you must convert cash or credit into points. These points are then utilized to purchase games, movies, and other assorted media. What happens if you purchase something utilizing these points, and you are unable to download it due to no fault of your own, you may ask? Answer, you are left holding the perverbial bag with points now absent and goods dually unavailable.



In attempting to find the root cause of the issue at hand via contacting 'XBox Live Support', you are basically put into a continual loop of getting the same two answers to a question never asked. Any plea for assistance, or refund of arbitrary points, isn't even addressed. In my specific instance, I am able to continue to download all forms of media from XBox Live, with the exception of one film that I have paid for, and have been unable to download in full due to a technical error. By virtue of the fact that I may still continue to download all forms or media, including movies, the issue at hand can not possibly be with my machine, but rather this singular media file.



If you consumers out there do engage in the purchasing of media through XBox Live; beware. For should you have a problem, you will not be finding any assistance from this organization.
