Michael J Carroll Sr HONORABLY DISCHARGED DISABLED VETERAN had Aamco Transmission 2701 Wymore road, Winter Park, Florida, 32789, replace a transmission cooling hose for me. Now keep in mind, this work is "NOT" even 120 days old yet. The same weekend i "carefully" drove my car to tampa fl to get the motor mount replaced for a much reasonable cost. This past Tuesday afternoon, 03/15/2016, the same problem happened again. When i called Aamco's service rep name Michael to dicuss this problem, he arrogantly made it perfectly clear that even if i did bring my 2008 Caddilac DTS to his shop, he would make sure that i would have to pay the "same price again" to get my transmission cooling line repaired. If I knew this was going to happen to me by a company like Aamco transmission co, i would have "NEVER" brought my car to them in the first place.

When you place "TRUST" in any company for any service needed, you want to feel that you're gonig to be taken care of the "RIGHT WAY", should there be a problem. I am a "US ARMY AMERICAN VETERAN THAT'S DIABLED". I gave an oath to protect this country at "ALL COST", even if i had to give my life for it, and today you have these kinds of businesses ripping off veterans. This beggs the question, how many more VETERANS have Aamco done, did, still doing this to? How many times does this has to happen before somone steps in and say "enough". Now my car is broke down and in need of repairs and the only thing Michael have to possibly say is "NEXT VET". The reason i took my car to Tampa Florida for repairs was because Aamco transmission wanted to over charge me $800.00 to change the front motor mount and because i choose not to pay that outragous overcharge, Michael the service rep for this store at 2701 Lee Road, Winter Park, florida, 32789, is using this to jusitfy not "HONORING" the work performed at that shop. I'll be spreading the word to "ALL" veterans to steer clear of Aamco Transmission centers to any and all veterans eveyday from this day forward. winter park Florida

How exactly does your military service have ANY bearing on a job that they have done. Evidently YOU still have the same problem with your transmission if all they did is replace a hose. YOU are just trying to use your veterans status as a way to garner sympathy for your situation because YOU KNOW that you are beyond the 30 day work warranty that they give. People like YOU sicken me. Just because YOU did something a VERY long time ago doesnt give YOU the right to use it to commit internet blackmail. You shame yourself and your branch with YOUR actions. YOU CHOSE to NOT get whatever the original problem is fixed.

YOU CHOSE to use a stop gap measure in order to get a repair cheaper. Then when the same problem pops up AGAIN you try and use your status as a veteran to get FREE WORK done. I cant believe MY tax dollars are going to support such low life individuals. What gives YOU the right to commit blackmail and defamation all because NO ONE gives a d**n about YOUR past service. It has NOTHING to do with the FACT that YOU CHOSE to be cheap about the repair. Then when they tell YOU that they WILL NOT give YOU free parts and labor, YOU try and make THEM the bad guys because YOU THINK you deserve MORE then you are getting. Get over yourself, YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT!!!!

They did the job YOU TOLD THEM TO DO!!!!!! Its NOT thier fault that YOU didnt get the original problem fixed. YOU are cheap and self entitled. YOU lack anything like morals and have chosen WILLINGLY to defame them on a public forum BECAUSE they didnt give you your way.
