Michael Crouse Law Group "aka" Zeh & Associates, P.C. are a FRAUD! They advertise on Christian radio stations (104.1) so you tend to think they are legitimate. They are ripping off incocent hard working people. I am a victim. I paid these people a $1250 retainer fee in January to assist me with loan modification process. They told me it would cost $775.00 per month until the the RMA gets accepted by the mortgage company.
I have refinance multiple times over the last 25yrs. I asked plenty of questions and the documents all looked legitimate. They said the process would take about 90days. I found they became unreachable until it was time for a payment. Then they would call, when it was time for a payment. They constantly kept changing the method of payment retrieval process.
NO one would call me with an update on my case. I left over 10 msgs in a 2 day period, not 1 returned call. So i left a threatening message, called my credit union transferred all my funds to another account and took off the overdraft protection to keep them from getting paid if they evan tried to get a last payment.
I have been swindled out of over $2020 dollars. I now have to find a LEGITIMATE Company and start all over again. This has to end. If there is someone out there who can help us victims get our money back please contact me.
