Be wary of Michael Burgoyne who is the puppet and sales manager for Richard Houghton, part owner of Investment Properties Mexico. He has been repeatedly warned of his association with the criminals at Investment Properties Mexico. Namely, Richard Houghton, Allison Zaner.
Not only have they been charged with the largest land fraud in the history of the Riviera Maya for their sales of untitleable land in Muyil near Tulum but their most recent project Villas Aqua was just shut down by the Mexican Government for cutting down mangrove trees but continue to sell and advertise this project on their website for the sole purpose of baiting and switching foreigners.
If Michael Burgoyne had any scruples or morals he would have left this criminal outfit a long time ago. Good example for his sons. Investment Properties Mexico, Richard Houghton and of course Puppet Boy Michael Burgoyne should be avoided at all costs.
