MHSRV sold our RV before we could get a chance to pick it up alvardo Texas
BEWARE…BEWARE Military VETS and Masonic Brothers! If you’re looking to invest in an RV, DO NOT go to MHSRV at Alvarado. These people treated me and my wife with disrespect when trying to purchase a RV. We deposited the funds and were ready to pick up the RV and stay overnight in the RV. Upon arrival the dealer (Carl Lewallen) took us to a RV that wasn’t even close to the one we agreed upon. After checking his numbers, he apologized that the one we wanted and put the deposit on was sold. He offered no other assistance after admitting to the mistake. For all the Military VET’s, Masonic brothers and anyone looking for a RV dealer that treats it’s customers with respect, customer service and common decency then DO NOT USE MHSRV to purchase your RV. And I would like to apologize to my wife and family on getting their hopes so high on the RV and cancelling our summer vacation.
