I have resided in "the mark" for 6 years now. What was once the model neighborhood in mobile homes has been intentionally made into "THE HOOD". When my wife and I began here this area park was pristean, and residents had to follow strict entry guidelines, as well as strict appearence guidelines on their homes. Over the course of time the rules have been thrown away, and anyone, regardless of prison record credit report, can live here free to make things look horrible.

I was once written up (as a violation of policy) for having a small tree in the "backyard" over grown, according to their rules. I had no problem with this and eraticated the problem. The point of that is, 90% of the homes in this park now look as if they are abandoned, and no paperwork is being filed for these violations on behalf of the management.

As I have read in other complaints about MHC, the water is turned off on a regular basis, and at the worst possible date and time. If I am not mistaken, when I signed the rental agreement; there were rules to be followed by the rentee, as well as the renter. Is this not the case and this "rentee" is allowed to do as they please as well as charge an astonomical lot rent that is increasing at an almost exponential rate?

I sincerely believe that this property is systematicaly be devalued for the intent of sale, and to cause its residents to leave prematurely. If anyone can concur or disprove these remarks, I challenge you to please do so. And if you currently reside in "The Mark", be aware of home security. I just had my fourth breakin in six years, you can imagine how concerned the mangement is over this!

Mesa used to be one of the best areas in Phoenix, but I was there last year and it has slid to the bottom. The only thing that seems to work nowadays is to focus attention to it via videotape, lawyers, and the like. My friend has had success recently, running welfare section eight bums off his street by videotaping felons together, drug deals, crowds at all hours, overnight "guests", abandoned vehicles, parking violations, get my drift? You also go after the landlords for "quality of life issues." Landlords would rather evict tenants than lose court cases. It may take time, it took me three years when I had the same problem. Hang in there, be proactive.Or move to Glendale.

Do you still reside here? Look at it now, and try to justify rent increases. We have our lease and turns out the neighbors have a different lease. No abandoned cars, no working on cars....in OUR lease....all around us there are junk cars....They are currently working in the driveway on 3. Engines and everything. His lease states nothing about it...that is why he moved in. How does that happen? But, you have to hire a lawyer to say that MHC is breaking their end of the lease. No one can afford that, and if you complain now you litterally need to worry about your safety here. They have told people we have complained about that it was us. No longer is the consumer protected in this world! What has happened to honesty and integrity getting you quality business???
