Steve Dibert and MFI-Miami claims to investigate mortgage fraud. But Steve Dibert is a former sub-prime financing broker who lost everything in the housing bubble by lending sub-prime, NINJA mortgages to unsuspecting victims, and now claims to investigate the validity of a home loan, including many he helped originate and arrange.
Check the Web for his various reviews and the manner Steve Diberyt an MFI-Miami conducts its business. There are a variety of stories about people who have used him as customers and not gotten responses. Steve Dibert trashes people who complain about him on his website and uses terms like bigot, n**i, Jew Basher and others. While he claims to post facts, most of it is false or defamation against anyone he wants revenge on. If you challenge him he'll often respond calling you stupid for taking out the mortgage.
Even if it's not business, Steve Dibert uses his MFI-Miami.com website to trash anyone he doesn't like as a bigot or n**i or other derogatory terms that no legitimate business would do. Do your research. Google "Steve Dibert" and "MFI Miami". Ask yourself why a professional businessman runs his business (MFI-Miami) out of a mailbox in a strip-mall and becomes a loose canon when he gets upset. Ask why Steve Dibert runs false information on so many New York businesses and people who have had no business with him at all.
And be careful because Steve Dibert will post your personal and financial information on his MFI-Miami blog if he decides he doesn't like you. Not professional. Other businesses do mortgage investigations and are more qualified. Be careful, you're better off avoiding Steve Dibert and MFI-Miami.
