For the past several years I have bought and used tel. calling cards. I have in my possesion 18 cards with various small amounts of money left on them. The balances on the cards are not sufficient to make any calls, and I cant transfer nor consolidate them with newly purchased cards from the same co.

It would appear that any company who does not deliver the services to one consumer such as I, would be reeping untold financial benefit when multiplied by the thousands or even millions of customers it short changes.

I have called the co. several times with no success, I have even writen to Ms. Contee at the FCC with no response. The name of the co. is Metroline at 1-800-815-7277. If what they are doing is illegal, please lets do something to rectify the situation.
